For their fleet of over 30 vehicles and 50 drivers, security isn't optional—it's fundamental to their business. However, when Jett Express underwent their first DOT audit in 15 years, their previous provider failed them at a critical moment. "I had one incident where I didn't get that video for about 24 hours," said Hackett. "That's really tough when we need to react quickly and support the officers investigating these accidents."
